RETURNS ARE NOW EXTENDED TO 30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER!

At Valiance London, our goal is to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. While we anticipate very few refunds due to our quality standards, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Our refund policy is outlined below:


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

We accept returns for unworn items that are sent back in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain the return address.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive your item, returns are typically processed within 48 hours. If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email or our contact page.

You will be notified once your refund has been issued. Refunds are returned to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, this may take up to 10 days to appear.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives with a fault, please contact our customer service team on the day of delivery via our Contact Page or by emailing Support@ValianceLondon.com
Include your order number, full name, and clear photos showing the damage. Please also provide any written details that may assist us in resolving the issue promptly.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Valiance London is not responsible for parcels that go missing due to an incorrect address being provided or requests for delivery to an unsecure location.

Please allow additional time for potential transit delays.
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until 20 working days have passed since dispatch (25 working days for international orders). Once this period has elapsed, we will issue a replacement for the missing item.


LOCAL CUSTOMS DUTY / TAX FEES

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any additional customs or import charges associated with your order.
If you are uncertain about potential fees, please consult your local government’s website for customs and tax details relevant to your country.
